At loveisallaroundyou Human and Divine art , each photograph you purchase is printed on demand especially for you. Because every piece is custom-made just for your order, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
When We Will Replace or Refund
We're happy to offer a free replacement or full refund in these situations:
Issue - What We'll Do
Damaged in shipping: Send a free replacement immediately
Printing error or defect: Full refund or free replacement—your choice
Wrong item shipped: We'll rush the correct print to you at no cost
Lost in transit: After reasonable delivery time has passed, we'll send a new one
When Refunds Aren't Accepted
We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for:
✅ Change of mind – Because each print is made just for you
✅ Wrong size ordered – Please double-check your measurements before ordering
✅ Colors looking different on your screen – Monitors vary, and we can't guarantee your screen shows exact colors
✅ Incorrect address provided – Always verify your shipping details!
Our Promise to You
We pour the same care into packaging your order as we do into capturing the photograph. If your order arrives and you're genuinely unhappy with the quality due to our error, we'll fix it.

How to Request a Replacement
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
